The Conscious Health Clinic is an established multi-disciplinary clinic operating out of two locations including Wollongong and Gerringong, offering clinicians a flexible work environment, the ability to work alongside an experienced team of health professionals who collaborate and share practice wisdom. With a core focus on the scientific method, this clinic works with practice-based evidence and outcome evaluation, integrates technology into treatment and values fresh and innovative approaches to work.

**Key Selection Criteria;**
- Creating a warm and calming reception vibe
- Answering the phones, greeting Clients, Associates, and other work colleagues in a positive manner whilst delivering quality customer services
- Managing bookings and clinicians diaries
- Maintaining key stakeholder relationships with practitioners, customers and suppliers
- Intake and maintaining accurate client records
- Other duties to support the effective operation of the practice

**Key Selection Criteria;**
- Minimum 1 year experience within a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone manner
- Ability to build and maintain team and patient relationships
- Willingness to be responsive to the needs of Private Practice and to working collaboratively
- Willingness to participate in innovative approaches to clinical practice
- Good interpersonal skills, and a high degree of empathy towards Clients
- Skilled in the integration of technology, and computers used in the practice, including online software with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work autonomously, working with the Clinical Director, and Practice Manager, while responding to the needs of the clinic
- Be self motivated and show initiative
- An eye for detail
- Be reliable, able to multi-task and prioritise
- Compliance with the clinic's WHS policy, and

government legislation
- Actively contribute to practice activities, including but not limited to team meetings, social activities and community involvement
- Current National Police and NSW Working with Children checks. COVID-19 Vaccination as per the schedule determined by NSW Health

**Salary**: $24.50 - $26.00 per hour

- Wollongong, NSW 2500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
