Continued growth has created this excellent opportunity for an experienced Safety Advisor to join their successful team.

**Your new role**

Your new role as the Safety Advisor will have you work alongside the project team to oversee, manage & coordinate all safety requirements, in this high performing role you will be required to perform the below tasks;
- Conduct site inductions, inspections & spot audits.
- Review the contractor compliance per the clients systems, including SWMS, plant documentation & project safety plans.
- Attend project sites to ensure safety compliance & performance is being managed.
- Respond to incidents & emergencies, including investigations, reporting & escalation.
- Responsible for driving and leading a strong safety culture on site.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To see you successful for this role, you will require;
- Certificate IV in WHS or higher.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of legislative, regulatory & standard requirements including Australian building & Construction Commission, Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner.
- Asbestos Awareness, White Card & Crystalline Silica tickets or willingness to obtain.
- Collaborative communication skills & ability to consult and influence in the construction environment.
