As an **Experienced Games Dealer**, you will bring with you a true understanding of what it means to deliver a world class guest experience. Your playfully sophisticated, warm, engaging and welcoming presence will keep our guests engaged and excited.

For those who have not dealt recently, we will provide a paid opportunity to refresh your skills before transitioning to the gaming floor.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Deal games you are deemed competent in with proficiency and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the players
- Promptly report any potential breach of game security to a Supervisor
- Ensure that the assigned games are fully equipped and functional at all times, escalating any defects or missing equipment
- Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotions

**What we are looking for**:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to proficiently deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Poker or Craps
- Attention to detail & high level of concentration
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
