ResponsibilitiesProviding prompt, friendly, customer focused advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operation, including carrying out permitted minor repairs and machine maintenanceProvide food and beverage services to gaming patrons quickly and efficiently, ensuring there are minimal waiting timesTo handle all cash and gaming associated transactions in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all timesThe assist with clearances, hopper weights and meter reads as requiredMaintaining a clean, organised environment free of any hazardsSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 1-2 years of gaming experienceMinimum of 1 year bar experienceCurrent Qld RSA and RSGExperience in TAB and Keno would be advantageousExcellent communication skills and the ability to work as a teamInitiative and ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervisionAbility to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different peopleTrustworthy and reliableHigh level of grooming and personal presentation standardsReliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidaysApplyAPPLY NOW
