As an Experienced Games Dealer, you will bring a true understanding of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your formal training in a regulated casino environment, combined with your warm, engaging demeanour, ensures guests remain entertained throughout their visit.

For those who have not dealt recently, we will provide a paid opportunity to refresh your skills before transitioning to the gaming floor.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Deal table games with proficiency and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the players
• Promptly report any potential breaches of game security
• Ensure that the assigned games are fully always equipped and functional
• Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotions

What we are looking for:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to proficiently deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Poker or Craps
• Attention to detail & high level of concentration
• Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays
• Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
