OverviewClient Care Representative | Clinical Administration | Clinic Receptionist - Casual Positions at Sonova Group.
Casual positions across Melbourne clinics, including Altona North, Balwyn, Bentleigh, Blackburn, Boronia, Brighton, Bundoora, Carlton, Dandenong, Dingley Village, Frankston, Ivanhoe, Moonee Ponds, Niddrie.
Working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 5 PM.
You will provide general support and leave cover for our busy hearing clinics, delivering exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.What you will be doingWelcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomesScheduling and confirming appointments for clientsProviding administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinicsWhat you need to be successfulA passion for delivering an amazing client experienceGreat communication and active listening skillsResilience, self-motivation and energyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work autonomously and effectively within a teamFocus on results and best outcomes for both the clinic and clientsIntermediate computer skillsInterest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aidsPrior experience in customer service/adminWhat's in it for you?
