**About the position**
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our team As a member of our People, Culture & Safety team, you will be working within Recruitment Services, acting as a first point of contact for our new employees as they are onboarded to the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your HR career.

**Your role will also include**:

- Assisting new employees with their onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to The RMH
- Advertising vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms
- Preparing employment contracts in line with relevant EBAs and legislation
- Facilitating employee on-boarding and pre-employment compliance checks
- Work closely with other team members to respond HR queries

**About You**
- You have recently graduated from a HR, Business, Commerce or relevant degree, with some administration experience and:

- A keen interest in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
- Strong HR administration and Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organised, reliable and motivated to achieve
- Adaptable and able to manage competing demands to deadlines
- Willingness to work in a fast paced high volume environment
- Passionate about providing our employees with the best possible employee experience
