**Supply Chain Manger**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are responsible and accountable for the all aspects of the CSCM Supply Chain including stock management, ICC scanning performance, stock accuracy and support tactical deliver operations
- You will be the key member of the Production Site Management team
- You will lead by example, coach and support direct reports in audit, group meetings, accident/incident investigation, task observation and other SHEQ management activities and lead improvement activities
- Provides effective leadership and ensures that the Supply Chain team are trained and motivated
- Ensures that the RBU DIFOT & OTSA targets are met, including supply to other Production Sites
- Responsible and accountable for maintaining Production Sites cylinder stock accuracy above 95% including raw materials and bulk stocks
- Responsible and accountable for the Production Planning process and achieves above 95% PIFOT and to meet the region's service level targets

**What makes you great**
- You should have good knowledge of SAP Processes and the impact upon the business.
- You must have degree qualification and/or at least five years in a Supply Chain or Logistics management role
- Understanding of site cylinder operations including Production Planning & ICC.
- Extensive understanding of relevant Dangerous Goods Codes for Transport by Road & Rail
- Demonstrated experience managing people
