**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Leasing/Admin Manager to join the team in our Pyrmont office This position will include set hours at one of our nearby buildings in a concierge role.
**Responsibilities include**:
- All aspects of rental enquiries
- Carrying out open inspections as well as routines and entry inspections as required
- Processing of Applications and liaising with prospective tenants
- Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
- Drawing up & assisting with the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Other administration tasks as required.
- Concierge Duties as required
**What are we looking for?**
- 1+ years' experience in Real Estate or Hospitality Industry
- Current certificate of registration - ideal but not essential
- An ability to maintain and add to current policies and procedures to ensure our growing portfolio operates efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in Console Cloud would be an advantage.
- Flexible Hours with some Saturday work required

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Currently working in Real Estate Industry, ideal but not essential
- Experience with Console Cloud software ideal, but not essential
