his is a grea oppor uni y o be responsible for he process, managemen, suppor and delivery of Package & deploymen service, ransi ion & Change, Suppor, Delivery Performance & Quali y, Capaci y & Con inui y, Issue & Risk Managemen. As an Analys, you will be involved in 2 ypes of work.

he Role and day o day:

- Plan, schedule and coordina e releases wi h nomina ed pilo users and he produc ion flee
- Coordina ing PV / V and sign offs be ween resolver groups and s akeholders
- Main ain and forecas he applica ion lifecycle managemen regis er
- Perform Change & Release managemen wi hin he eams' responsibili ies
- A end and represen he eam a Change Advisory Board (CAB) mee ings
- A end and represen he eam a Pos Implemen a ion Reviews (PIR) mee ings

Wha you will bring:

- 2-5 years' experience in I IL frameworks
- Experience wi h managing en erprise desk op and applica ion deploymen echnologies and oolse s (SCCM, Al iris, IBM Big Fix)
- Experience wi h Win7, Win10, Office 365 and Mac based environmen s.
- S rong awareness and unders anding of hardware, ne works, sof ware echnologies and applica ions.
- Relevan indus ry cer ifica ions (I IL e c.) of equivalen experience
- S rong business communica ion and in erpersonal skills
- Proven abili y o remain flexible o deliver business ou comes.
- Proven experience in coordina ing mul iple s akeholders and 3rd par ies o deliver successful ou comes in a ime sensi ive environmen.
- Knowledge and unders anding of indus ry rends and echnology.
