**Role: Sail point Analyst**

**Job Description**:

- Perform Identity Access Management Activities
- Perform and develop performance metrics/measurements for the user access attestation
- Work with the project team on implementing the defined business roles within IAM solution
- Work with multiple stakeholders to mitigate audit and regulatory related issues
- Manage and monitor systems associated to IAM incident and problem management support
- Proactively work with the technology and product managers to identity potential issues and ensure effective remediation
- Governance Risk and Compliance for Information Security policy
- Leading team to identify and implement security and process improvements
- Provide statistical analysis and reporting to inform and generate activity and audit dashboard
- Ability to summarize and communicate testing outcomes in meaningful ways
- Expertise in User Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, and Delegated Administration

**Location: Melbourne, Australia**
