About the Role

A permanent part time (32 hours per fortnight) position is available for an enthusiastic and passionate Quality Officer for our Thornleigh site. The role will administer and support the development and implementation of PAC's Quality, Safety & Service Excellence Framework. You will work with the Quality Implementation Manager to ensure PAC meets its internal and external requirements through quality program, initiatives, audits and other program administration support work as required.

**Responsibilities include**:
Supporting the facility to ensure they meet PAC and ACQSC standards in a collaborative manner
Participate in a schedule of audits across the facility to review and support quality outcomes regularly
Review and audit to ensure customer satisfaction
Benchmark PAC within the industry and support development of plans to improve identified gap areas.
Support development of procedures for best care and service delivery
Data creation and collection to support planning and quality care through development and review of quality plans
Provide administrative support to ensure all elements of framework are documented and supported.
Provide training and support to the Service Manager and teams across the site
