ABOUT THE POSITION:

This full-time Maintenance Plumber role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Thornleigh Plumbing Services, a leading provider of plumbing services across Sydney metro. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair work to residential, education and commercial clients. An immediate start is preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Responding promptly to client service requests and diagnosing plumbing issues
  • Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and replacing fixtures
  • Completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance work
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work vehicle and tool set

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A valid plumbing licence and prior experience as a Maintenance Plumber is essential
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing issues
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Commitment to working safely and efficiently, with a focus on high quality workmanship
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a great team
