**Essential Responsibilities**
- Develops & delivers ANZ zone strategy for Mammography segment taking into account local competitive approaches, reimbursement structures & local market dynamics.
- Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the product segment and drive engagement and nurturing strategy. Will also own the KOLs cross collaboration between multiple regions within the geography
- Owns share growth and go-to-market strategy of the product portfolio, including, product positioning, pricing, trainings for internal and Channel Partner teams, pilot site support adapting to market needs and potential
- Owns product marketing for the segment in collaboration with marketing leader and zone product specialists including roll out of campaigns to drive market share improvement and localization & launch of NPIs
- Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling to support account managers in ANZ
- Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the Mammography and x-ray product & value propositions
- Mammography and x-ray product and technical support to the region, working closely with PSS team, Regional Sales Managers, local Sales teams and channel partners including technical specifications
- Create business plan for business development, competitive strategies, distribution enhancement and installed base targets and refresh
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and execute GE led events to promote product and company.
- Break into academic & strategic accounts by leveraging research and clinical road shows, workshops, education programs etc
- Works closely with the Clinical Marketing and Education team to generate relevant clinical / operations / financial evidence and education strategy & program for the segment
- Required to manage additional zone responsibilities for product segment to drive business outcomes

**Basic qualification**
- Master's/Bachelor degree or higher with minimum of 7 years on Mammography product sales/management or product marketing or related experience in the healthcare sector
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
- Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills
- Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
- Technical and Clinical expertise in Imaging modalities, X-ray and/or Mammography backgrounds preferred
- Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development
- Previous experience working with channel partners is preferred
- General Finance knowledge, able to understand and analyze accounting reports, profit & loss, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture within a highly matrix environment
- Excellent presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers in a way that ensures understanding and impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to travel up to 70% of the time is essential
