As the Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our two public-facing websites. **Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing and managing the content of 2 websites, ensuring they remain user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with the external digital agency, fostering effective partnerships on design, content, and development projects.
- Demonstrating hands-on publishing skills when necessary to maintain the quality of our websites.
- Utilizing your strong analytical abilities to gather insights and generate valuable reports for project evaluation and optimization.
- Engaging in internal stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Leading and managing a team of two skilled web developers, inspiring their growth and fostering a collaborative environment.

**Requirements**:

- A baseline security clearance is required for this role.
- Proven experience in managing public-facing websites, preferably in a government or large organization context.
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate valuable insights for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, facilitating smooth collaboration across teams.
- Previous experience in managing a team and fostering a positive work culture.
