As part of the Library's team, you will help support organisational reform, working collaboratively with your team to shape the Library's future.

The Library is seeking to fill a ongoing Assistant Director, Digital Community EL1 role in the Communications & Marketing Section of the Engagement Branch.

Working closely with teams throughout the Library, as the Assistant Director, Digital Community, you will oversee online and digital visitation & engagement. Additionally, the you will drive audience-centric content delivery and evidence based campaigns.

We are looking for someone skilled at triaging high volumes of work; inspiring and managing high performing teams and determining what is and is not urgent and allocating to others as needed. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with current trends in the communications and marketing landscape.
