Tintern Grammar is seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced and skilled **School** **Accompanist/Head of Keyboard** who will provide exceptional musical support and leadership to our School's music program.

**About You**

**The successful applicant will demonstrate the following**:

- A skilled accompanist and high-level musician with experience working with students to Diploma and VCE level.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for music education.
- Excellent proficiency in keyboard instruments, including piano and digital keyboards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of music theory, repertoire, and ensemble accompaniment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of musical performance.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing valuable insights and innovations to the music program.

The position reports directly to the Director of Music and responsibilities include coordination of all keyboard staff, students and resources. A high level of competence on your instrument and experience as an accompanist of choral and instrumental repertoire is required and proven music teaching experience should be in evidence. The successful applicant must have current VIT registration, or a current Working with Children Check.
