We're currently inviting applications from energetic, passionate and highly capable Social Workers to join our team.
You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being
This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers.

Previous Experience In a Health Or Aged Care Context Is Highly Desirable.

Tertiary Qualifications in Social WorkRegistration with relevant professional body - Australian Association of Social WorkersPrevious experience within an Aged Care or Acute setting (desirable)Excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsExperience with technology incl.
