**About You**

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Problem solving and project management skills.
- Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- A solid understanding of identify management using Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS). For example, domain user accounts, domain vs. local user accounts, user profiles, and group membership.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Ability to work in a close-knit team and alone in a busy environment.
- Basic understanding of security concepts such as authentication and authorization.
- Basic understanding of scripting, Windows PowerShell and experience working from a command prompt would be advantageous.
- Experience with Veterinary software would be advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma training and experience would be advantageous.
