**About you**

To be successful for this role you will:

- Have at least 1 year experience in the dental field, preferably in a similar role.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- A positive "can-do" attitude, and the willingness to learn.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to engage and manage relationships within the team
- Ability to work with computers, data entry, and file management.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Time management, delegation skills and the ability to learn quickly will also be important
- In accordance with the Victorian Government health order, you will need to have received three doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination

**About the role**
- Answering phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments
- Proactively following up, reaching out, and managing patient appointments
- Scanning, uploading, sending documents and general front office duties
- Providing assistance and support to our dentists and aiding the team
- Accounts management, invoicing, setting up payment plans and processing payments using EFTPOS & HICAPs
- Communicating with other third-parties suppliers
- Working with a friendly, fun and supportive team
- Previous experience in the dental industry is essential

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.53 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Aspendale Gardens, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
