Equipment Specialist Lead
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading organisation as an Equipment Specialist Lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving effective management of coffee machines and equipment to ensure service agreements with customers are upheld.
Working closely with the out-of-home sales team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the most suitable machines and equipment are utilised for optimal performance.
Lead a team of specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence
Manage third-party supplier relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met
Collaborate on equipment strategy and portfolio selection with the out-of-home sales team
Manage equipment and spare parts inventory
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with:
At least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
Experience working with coffee equipment is highly regarded
Experience working closely with an out-of-home sales team is highly regarded
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and deliver strategic plans
Proven experience managing budgets and implementing cost-effective solutions
