Job Title: Product Design Director

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for driving design excellence across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among product designers. Your primary focus will be on coaching and mentoring senior designers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, design systems, and human-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular design reviews to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all product areas.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance design workflows, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to senior designers, helping them refine their craft and grow professionally.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product design leadership, with a focus on driving design excellence and innovation.
  • Strong ability to coach and mentor senior designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in design systems management, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and executing design strategies that drive business growth and deliver results.
