**Position Overview:

- new Wollongbar location **

**Barista / Console Operator **In this dual role, you'll excel in both coffee making and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently serve great coffee swiftly while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

**Position Vacancy**:

- casual position
- shift times: 5am -11am
- shifts per week: 2-4 shift per week
- weekends: weekend availability
- weekday rates: $33.99/hour weekday (Ages 20+)
- weekend rates: $44.34/hour weekend (Ages 20+)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation

Keep coffee machines and other equipment clean and in good working order to ensure the quality and efficiency of beverage preparation.

Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel transactions accurately.

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Monitor fuel pumps and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.

Prepare and serve hot beverages and food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous experience working as a barista in a coffee shop, café, or similar establishment.

Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning and weekends

A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
