Barista/Customer Service Job Opportunity

We are a small cafe located inside a bustling station, seeking a skilled barista to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in making high-quality beverages and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making delicious sandwiches and preparing food for our customers with precision and care
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe environment for everyone
  • Providing outstanding customer service to guarantee a positive experience for all patrons

This is a fixed-term contract position with the possibility of extension, offering opportunities for growth and development.

The selected candidate will work afternoon and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Beyond competitive compensation, additional benefits include performance-based bonuses and penalty rates for certain shifts, demonstrating our commitment to employee satisfaction.

Able to commute or relocate to Glenfield, Australia, is essential for this role. While experience in customer service and barista work is highly desirable, we welcome applications from motivated individuals who can learn and grow with our team.
