Customer Service Barista Role

This role seeks highly skilled and energetic team members to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving customers and maintaining a clean and hygienic work station.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and contributing positively to the overall success of the cafe.
  • Hold current RSA certification and have prior experience as a barista and in customer-facing roles.
