About the Role
This high-performing position is responsible for delivering top-notch ServiceNow projects and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our consulting team, you will contribute to the success of our clients by providing expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
ServiceNow Platform Development:
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.
Technical Expertise:
Explore and test ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities before considering custom builds.
Code Quality and Review:
Conduct code reviews and quality control to ensure maximum efficiency.
Application Development:
Develop scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
Platform Growth and Development:
Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
Solution Presentations:
Conduct demonstrations and presentations of ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.
Technical Issue Resolution:
Debug technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
Test Case Development:
Produce and execute test cases to maintain software quality.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Document code and application functionality, including drafting Functional Design specifications.
Tech Staying Up-to-Date:
Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies.
