We're looking for a Business Development Manager in Perth who is passionate about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering real impact.

What you'll do
Develop and execute strategic territory plans focused on dealer, aged care and hospital markets
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and end users
Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to product development
What you'll bring
Background in business, health sciences, or allied health
Proven success in medical device sales or healthcare business development
Strong understanding of aged care funding models, dealer networks, and clinical environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory
