**About the role**:
As our Digital Marketing Manager you will be an integral part of the in-house digital marketing division, working closely with the creative team, divisional marketing & ecommerce teams and the customer team. Reporting to the Group Head of Digital Marketing / Agency your responsibilities will include developing full funnel digital strategies and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across the division and being the main point of contact on all things digital marketing for the division. Utilizing a strong digital & performance marketing skillset to grow sales, balancing brand and demand, and driving customer growth via new and existing channels to achieve business ROI.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the Digital Marketing team (of 3) to plan and execute multichannel digital marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels including but not limited to PM, Affiliates, partnerships, Paid Social, Display.
- Work with the divisional brand marketing and ecommerce teams to understand business objectives and revenue goals to develop campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) reporting back to the business in a timely manner.
- Understanding and ability to utilise & interpret all digital/PM technology such as Google Ads, SEMRush, Datorama, Meta, Tik Tok
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Partner with the Adobe Project Team to design, implement and manage the Adobe platform for Accent Group
- Measuring the attribution of digital online and offline marketing campaign success against various business objectives.
- Manage the Technology Team to ensure tags, feeds and tests are successfully implemented and ready to go.
- Work together with the broader eCommerce team and Marketing teams to align digital marketing and ecommerce strategy with the marketing calendar.
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures for paid digital marketing channels - sharing insights with the marketing/ecommerce teams.
- Partner with the Insights team to establish marketing and measurement strategies and implement appropriate testing methodologies across the marketing mix.
- Drive innovation in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in performance marketing space.
- Implement campaigns for the division where necessary.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated 5+ years experience working in a broad digital marketing role with managerial and leadership responsibility
- Tertiary degree in marketing or IT/ Digital related field preferred
- Previous digital agency experience looking to move client side is advantageous
- Experience working within acquisition-focused business is advantageous
- Ability to work in fast paced and creative environment with a good understanding of how to manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to interpret media results and provide recommendations and insights based on the results.
- Understanding of the eCommerce environment and ways to optimise the online customer experience.
- Strong experience and knowledge of digital marketing performance channels and technology (Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Sprout social)
- Deep understanding of attribution modelling and digital campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, ROAS, target CPA's, secondary conversions Understanding of Martech solutions (CDP, Similarweb, Feed technology)
- Experience and competence in managing large budgets.
- Experience with Adobe platforms/tech stacks.
