**The Opportunity**
We are on the hunt for an AMAZING Digital Marketing Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this exciting leadership role, you will take charge of DECJUBA's digital marketing and CRM strategy, managing a team of four and driving strategic, innovative, and customer-first initiatives. You will be pivotal in delivering sustained database growth, customer retention, and loyalty, while managing budgets and external relationships to deliver ambitious growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team of four.
- Define and execute the overall digital marketing and CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive database growth, retention, and engagement through lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and personalisation.
- Oversee and evolve the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program, delivering member growth, retention, and advocacy.
- Own and manage the digital marketing and CRM budget, ensuring efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Build and lead relationships with external partners and technology providers (Klaviyo, Yotpo & Lexer)
- Deliver reporting and insights that influence strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, eCommerce, Retail, Brand) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

**About You**
- Inspirational leader with a growth mindset, experienced in leading and mentoring teams.
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with proven success in CRM, retention, and customer growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget ownership and external relationship management.
- Data-driven, analytical, and highly skilled in translating insights into action.
- Proven success in managing loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel campaign delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across business functions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
