**About the Role**:
The Delivered Meals Administration Officer reports to the Rostering, Home Maintenance and Meals Team Leader and is required to provide all administration tasks required to provided a seamless and customer focused response to clients and the Delivered Meals Contractor.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing effective and efficient administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the delivered meals service including requests being processed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate information in the client management system to ensure accuracy of client invoices.
- Providing an initial point of contact for all meal delivery queries from the contractor and follow up of client queries.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

- Previous experience working in an administration role, in a similar or related field.
- Experience in using Carelink+ highly desirable.
- An understanding of the needs and issues affecting older people, people with disabilities and their carers.
- Thorough understanding of general office systems, tools and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

**Mandatory pre-employment requirements**:

- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
