Meal Service Coordinator

About this role:
The Meals Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the delivered meals service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance to ensure a seamless and customer-focused response to clients and contractors.
- Maintaining accurate information in the client management system to ensure accuracy of client invoices.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for all meal delivery queries from contractors and following up on client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in an administration role, preferably in a similar or related field.
- Proficiency in using Carelink+ highly desirable.
- An understanding of the needs and issues affecting older people, people with disabilities, and their carers.
- A thorough knowledge of general office systems, tools, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
