Community Service Leader

We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to oversee the efficient delivery of meals in our communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and coordinate the timely delivery of meals, adhering to strict food safety standards and operational guidelines.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and policies.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the branch, including supplier management, volunteer coordination, effective administration, exceptional customer service, financial oversight, and transparent communications.
  • Maintain records and reports on service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements include:

  • High attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and ability to thrive in a small but cohesive team.
  • Flexibility and current drivers license.
  • Experience within a leadership role in a food service or community support environment, computer skills with solid understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to manage clients through a CRM.
  • Leadership skills to oversee a team and think outside the square.
