Through internal growth we are looking for our next Customer Care Agent to work with our online business Styletread, Australia's largest online footwear platform. About Your Next Role
We have a Monday to Friday Customer Care team who not only have fun, but love what they do.
About You
- You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a contact centre or similar sales/online support role
- Have high standards and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
- Love working in a great team environment
