HR/Recruitment Administrator

About the role:
Skout Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal HR/Recruitment Administrator to support our experienced Internal Recruitment specialists in their daily recruitment activities.

This varied role will give you the opportunity to learn many different components of permanent and temporary recruitment and workforce management, for roles predominantly in the Mining Hospitality industry (with opportunity to gain exposure in other industries also). This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop, expanding on experience gained during your HR or Business studies and/or build on your current recruitment experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Opportunity to grow and develop your studies in HR/Recruitment
- Gain experience in Recruitment and selection, Payroll, return to work conversations and exposure to other functions of HR
- Phone screening, reference checks and interviews of prospective employees
- Advert writing and other miscellaneous Recruitment/HR administration duties

Skills and Experience:

- Tertiary education in Human Resources Business related field is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and priorities workloads
- Ability to uphold a professional manner when dealing with clients
- Energy to deliver fast-paced activities
