We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in the fabrication and construction of state-of-the-art advertising structures. This is a full-time, permanent role with long-term progression and a competitive salary package.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience supervising staff and 5+ years' experience in a factory environment.
  • Prior steel fabrication expertise is essential, along with strong time management and planning skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings for fabrication and welding requirements is also crucial.
Requirements
  • Supervise a team of skilled tradespeople in the fabrication and construction of advertising structures.
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production progress and quality control measures.
