Senior Associate – Key Responsibilities:High levels of autonomy and direct client accessDeliver high quality legal services with a strong focus on dispute resolution in major projects.Manage files with professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency.Handle client instructions, identify key legal issues, evaluate risks, and devise case strategy.Draft pleadings, correspondence and contractual documentation.Participate in court appearances, settlement conferences and mediations.Assist and brief external counsel for hearings or trial.What We're Looking For5 years' post-admission experience in dispute resolution (construction or infrastructure focus desirable)Strong drafting and legal research skills with excellent attention to detailA genuine interest in the construction and engineering sectorsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage competing prioritiesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesLegal Services
