**Position: Licensed Security Personnel**

**Shifts: Wednesday to Saturday, 5:45 PM - 11:00 PM**

Bird's Basement, a premier venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and quality entertainment, is seeking a dedicated and professional security licensed individual to join our team. As the face of our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and comfort of our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the door and manage entry during operational hours.
- Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
- Exercise crowd control with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere to the venue's dress code and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
- Communicate effectively with both team members and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Valid security license under Private Security Act 2004 Victoria, and relevant experience.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Commitment to the venue's standards and values.

**Salary**: $24.08 - $54.18 per hour
