Ultimate Security Australia is on the lookout for licensed, proactive, and dependable Security Guards to join our growing team across Melbourne Central and surrounding areas. These include South-East, Western and North-Eastern areas, with a strong focus on the suburbs of Brighton, Oakleigh and Dandenong.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, a supportive team, and the chance to make a real difference in your local community.


Your Role
  • Static Security – Maintain a strong presence at designated sites
  • Mobile Patrols – Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents

All roles involve public interaction and require standing/walking for extended periods.


What You'll Need
  • Availability for rotating rosters (days, nights, weekends)
  • Valid Victorian Security Licence (including control room & monitoring centre)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to perform foot patrols and maintain visibility
  • Experience with CCTV & access control systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
