**About the role**:
Endeavour Foundation promotes the impact of the charitable reuse, recycling and retail sector. We work in partnership with local councils to operate Tip Shops and Recycle Markets. Our Tip Shops and Recycle Markets recover good quality items which were destined to become landfill and that's where you come in As our **Re-use Shop Assistant **you will:

- Deliver an exceptional customer service to everyone visiting the reuse shop.
- Handle cash in line with approved cash handling procedures and deposit all cash for banking to ensure information is correct.
- Manage the petty cash float and maintain accurate records.
- Price products as per agreed guidelines and keep on top of stock and floor layout to maximise potential sales.
- Work within and have regard for Workplace Health and Safety.
- Work with mínimal supervision.

**About you**:

- Superb customer service and great communication.
- Passion for all things recycling and reducing waste.
- Availability to work over a 7 day roster including weekend work.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role.
- Experience in identifying and valuing second hand items.
- License and own transport preferred due to limited public transport.
