We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a takeaway shop assistant.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Able to receive orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items in a timely manner.
- Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Storing excess food at the correct temperature to avoid spoilage.
- Ensuring that food portions meet company standards.
- Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
- Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas regularly.
- Assisting other staff members to ensure that food orders are completed on time.
- Efficiently resolving problems with customers' orders.
- Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Preparing meals and food items to the highest standard.
- Ensuring food is stored and handled correctly to prevent spoilage.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assisting colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
