**Job Description**:
We are looking for an **Office Administrator **to support our Sydney office in Australia. This office based role will provide comprehensive administrative support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth support service is provided to the business.
The primary responsibility of the is to provide administrative support to the Sydney office, while working closely with other administrators, other business functions like IT, HR and finance and the head of the office.
Specific duties include:
- Work with IT teams (local and remote) for ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires
- Maintain log of IT assets in the office and assignment of the same to employees
- Work with existing office space vendor for monthly billing, and any potential renewals or expansion conversations
- Providing general administrative support as required, including collating/formatting information, binding, couriering, filing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning
- Organizing travel and accommodation for the team (including visas, currency, taxi bookings, office notification forms)
- Processing expense claims in a timely manner as well as raising requisitions for invoices
- Attending internal meetings as required
- Assisting with data entry to ensure systems and employee data are up-to date
- Welcoming client visitors, new hires and visiting colleagues from other Wood Mackenzie offices
- Assist in formulating and set up employee engagement activities
- Support New Hire Onboarding, Orientation and Integration
- First point of contact for employee queries, referring as appropriate to the right team and educating employees on where to go to find the information they need
- Managing Health and Safety in the office
- Providing support for specific projects as required
- Working closely with other Team Administrators to share best practice and ensure comprehensive administrative support to the business
- Providing administrative cover for other Administrators and Office Reception as required
- Any other duties as required of the role

**Qualifications**:
You are a confident, outgoing professional with experience as an Office Administrator. You possess an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and are comfortable utilising these packages for a range of tasks. You are highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.
Working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines is a way of working you thrive in and you work well under pressure. You are professional in your manner and possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating both initiative and attention to detail in the way you work.
