**Description**:
About the role

This allrounder Accounts Administration role will support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams

Assist with Accounts Payable
- New account setup and management
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Cross checking of supplier payments for accuracy
- Assist with managing internal enquiries on daily basis
- Reconciliation of corporate credit cards and freight invoices

Assist with Accounts Receivable
- Processing of claims
- Processing of credit notes

**Other responsibilities will include**:

- Make suggestions and implement them as required
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks within department as required
- Adhere to month end reporting deadlines
- Adopt compliance of all company procedures & policies
- Regular filing and archiving

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Previous accounts or relevant practical experience within accounting environment is preferred
Sound numerical and PC skills
Good Excel skills including use of spreadsheets and pivot tables
Ability to prioritise work to meet strict deadlines including sound time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Receptive to new ways of doing business
A solution focused approach in order to resolve issues that comprise the accuracy of reporting
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of team
