
Office And Accounts Administrator

Reporting to the Owners, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced office and accounts administrator.
We are looking for an admin person who brings their efficiency and energy to our workplace.
This role is responsible for the day to day coordination of our office administration and accounts functions including receivables and payables, entering and raising purchase orders, invoicing, allocations and filing.
The right person will provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fulltime permanent role, the working days for this position are Monday to Friday.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with Xero
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Sound understanding of accounts receivable and payable
Experience in a food manufacturing environment and/or working with corporate grocery chains/distribution companies highly desirable.
