**Your new company**

This International company are a leading supplier and manufacturer of products to Australian venues. Located in Adelaide's western suburbs, this company is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

This is a permanent full-time position based in the Western suburbs and an immediate start is available. In this role you will be working closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure your team meets daily targets. Duties will include but won't be limited to;
- Understand and interpret production schedule and distribute tasks accordingly.
- Participates in 5S and Kaizen initiatives, leading the running of MBU boards.
- Monitor internal customer quality.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement.
- Prioritise and delegate workflow.
- Assist in B.O.M correction on a shop floor level.
- Lead a team of ten.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven people and leadership skills.
- Satisfactory outcomes of a National Police Check.
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
