Base pay range
A$80,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr
Role
Global Synthetics is seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Altona, VIC.
You will be integral to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships.
Your proactive approach and willingness to learn will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities
Responding to inbound enquiries by phone and email and managing outbound sales calls
Placing customer orders accurately and maintaining and updating customer records
Preparing quotations and following up quotations with customers
Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams
Managing distributor relationships
Generating quality leads
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in inside sales or a customer-focused role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and time management skills
Experience using ERP and CRM systems; SAP advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Eager to learn and grow and continuously expand knowledge
Transport, manufacturing, civil construction or similar industry experience is advantageous
