What You'll do

  • Drive B2B outbound sales via calls while responding to online inquiries and leads.
  • Become an attachment specialist by mastering your product knowledge through our coached 1to1, group forum and independent self-paced training modules.
  • Implement advanced sales strategies to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Nurture client relationships with excellent service to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present quotes, negotiating prices and terms to secure contracts.
  • Track and report prospect opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

What we need:

  • A hungry, humble, but always improving mindset.
  • Experience in solution-based selling or a derivative of it.
  • Demonstrable performance and proficiency working with the entire spectrum of clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software—HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to back yourself and always striving to be successful.
