As a Support Officer at Calibre Group, you will be responsible for providing efficient IT support to all end users by undertaking work incident and service requests. Primarily based from our Brisbane office, this role will provide technical support across Calibre Group's South East Queensland offices including Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced support analyst who is proactive in their approach to delivering customer-centric support. They will be involved in:

- Providing technical advice to users on personal computer hardware and software. This may be up to Level 2 support.
- Managing assigned requests within the ServiceDesk system, ensuring Service Operations tasks are completed by priority of the request.
- Resolving all user problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Providing users with a professional service by ensuring requests are regularly updated and realistic resolution times are provided.
- Escalating potential problems or areas for product enhancement to Service Operations Leader.

- 3 - 5 years of relevant IT Support experience coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of Desktop hardware and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple problems at once and prioritise issues
- Strong knowledge of the organisation's Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
