Introduction

We seek a customer service specialist to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you'll be at the heart of customer operations, supporting projects, processing orders, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Team You Will Join

You'll work with a team of 12 professionals passionate about delivering great outcomes together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with site account managers to support customer projects with upcoming major site activities.
  • Provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage service requests with accuracy.
  • Work hands-on with SAP, Salesforce, and other key business systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, service, logistics, and operations to keep projects on track.
Requirements

Ideally, you will have 1–3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or operations.

  • From industries such as automotive, aviation, electrical construction, medical manufacturing, logistics, or mining technology.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and software, organized, and detail-focused.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
