**The role**

As a Research Analyst in our Investment Solutions & Research team, you'll drive the analysis that shapes our investment strategies and product decisions. You'll work with research houses, analyse market trends, and deliver insights that directly influence how we help our members achieve their retirement goals.

Your analysis and research will inform key decisions about UniSuper's investment, retirement, and insurance offerings. You'll become an expert in understanding market dynamics and competitive trends, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering excellence. You will have the opportunity to work on
- Analysing competitor information and market trends to produce strategic insights
- Managing relationships with research houses and completing their assessment requirements
- Supporting the development of product disclosure statements and marketing materials
- Conducting market research to inform product strategy and development
- Creating research papers on investment and superannuation trends
- Reviewing and providing expert input on fund collateralContributing to projects that shape UniSuper's future offerings
- **About you**

You're analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights. Your collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills combined with the following will truly set you up for success
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in investments or superannuation
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and asset classes
- Excellent Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, mathematics, or related fieldProgress toward or interest in FIAA or CFA designation (highly regarded)
