Dive into a role that's more than just a job. As Levande' Full time Grounds and Maintenance Officer at Ridgecrest based in Page,you will work in a team of five to serve as the backbone of our dynamic community, effecting tangible change daily, making real impacts every day.
Your Impact:
Gardening and Groundskeeping:
Maintain the beauty of our Village by taking care of the gardens, mowing the lawns, plus all general gardening duties.
Maintenance Mastery:
Maintain our Village to the highest standards by undertaking a variety of general duties.
Transportation Excellence:
Safely drive our village van to the local shopping centre, and the occasional lunch, providing them with convenient access to essential services and activities.

Grounds and Maintenance Experience:
Previous experience preferred, ideally in retirement village, aged care, or community settings.
Independence and Initiative:
Ability to work autonomously, exercising discretion and initiative.
Effective Communication:
Strong communication skills to engage with residents and colleagues.
Physical Fitness and Stamina:
The role requires physical activity, so being in good physical condition is essential.
Driver's License:
Valid license required
